J.I. Case Company has served the agricultural industry since 1882. Case was responsible for providing needed steam powered tractors to drive threshing machines during times when the work horse was still in vogue. Later they developed internal combustion gas and diesel engines for tractors ranging in a variety of sizes and arrangements. Performing in the countless farming and orchard operations were the smaller tractors, eg. 300, 330, 410 B, 430. Sporting short wheelbases, low profiles, a sharp turning radius, ample transmission speed selections, LPTO and power steering made them extremely operator friendly. Case boasts an adopted mascot as a trademark.
